Requirements specific to requests for Clackamas County
Tourism & Cultural Affairs' Tourism Action Plan funds:
TCA allocates TAP Funds in July for use in the
fiscal year ending the following June 30.
As of 2010-2011, the Alliance will develop its work plan in the
fall for implementation by June of the following year.
The TCA requires a mid-year report January 31st each year on the status of all
projects, as well as a year-end report that includes economic impact
measurements.
As the work plan year progresses, the Alliance Board will review
requests for reallocation of funds to other projects, if original approved
projects come in under budget or are not going to be realized.
The work plans below represent the synthesis of ideas and
recommendations solicited from a diversity of individuals, organizations and
businesses via e-mail, news releases, meeting presentations and one-on-one meetings.
